  • your company name
  • your name
  • your best contact number
  • which software you are using
  • describe your problem & categorise it as one of these options
    • Urgent (I can’t work until it gets fixed)
    • Medium (there is a workaround but I can still perform my work)
    • Low level (It’s not urgent, but I could do with some help)
    • Improvement (any ideas for improvements are always welcome)
